I am facing the same issue where external users I have added do not receive email notifications when I assign tasks or leave comments. Every time, they have to manually log in to check if they have received any tasks or messages. Could someone guide me on how to enable notifications for them? Also, if I need to change my tenant, how can I migrate my Planner data to the new tenant? Will I need to start everything from scratch?
