Exporting Planner
We are looking for an option to be able to export our planner into a pdf that can be printed. Does anyone have any solutions?
I actually requested this feature from Microsoft over a year ago, and unfortunately the only option they still provide is exporting to Excel—which is really inefficient and adds unnecessary steps to my workflow. I rely heavily on printing my project plans from Project Desktop, where I can control task layout and formatting. It’s honestly frustrating that Planner still doesn’t have a basic “Export to PDF” print option, and that the workaround right now is basically taking screenshots. This should have been built in from the start.
