Email Notification Times from Planner

Hi Lydiali_R,
unfortunately, there is no built-in setting in Microsoft Planner to control the time when email notifications are sent out. The notifications are currently sent out immediately after a task assignment is made.
If you would like to you can send a feedback request to Microsoft in Microsoft Planner:
- Click the Settings icon
- Under "Planner" click "Send Planner feedback".
- This opens "Send Feedback to Microsoft"
- Click on "I have a suggestion"
