Different group Planner include to SharePoint site

We have a SharePoint site with office 365 group (eg: group 1). 

We have created the planner with a different group called group 2.

When we tried to include the Plan (group 2) it's not showing on the existing plan on the SharePoint site.

How can we include the different group Plans on different group SharePoint sites?
