Cannot see Task Chat for Planner app on iPhone
Hi, I am testing using the Planner app and have added a message in the Task Chat area via the web browser on a PC. I cannot see the message on the Planner app on the iPhone. I cannot see Task Ch...
Hi, this may simply be a feature gap between Planner on the web and the iPhone app.
I would check:
1. Make sure the Planner iOS app is fully updated.
2. Sign out and back in.
3. Test the same task in Teams and Planner web.
4. Check whether Task Chat is available only for certain plan/task types.
5. Confirm the account has the right Planner/Teams licensing.
If the message appears on the web but not in the iPhone app, I would report it through feedback in the app and include the plan type, app version, and screenshots. That makes it easier to tell whether it is unsupported or a mobile bug.
