can I use Microsoft Project Desktop client or pwa and Planner Premium with 1 p3 license in parrarel?

My question is:

Can I utilize 1 license - p3 for example if I want to use both Planner Premium and Project (desktop or online instance)?

Is there any documentation about it? I want to make sure that there will no problem using both solutions .
