Can I delete or reorder the un-used labels in Planner?

davidpoon Hi, as you already know its not possible to reorder the labels, but you can remove empty ones from "Group by Labels", by clicking on the 3 dots on the right side of the label and using "rename". Remove the name of the label completely and press enter.

created an account here just to thank you. this works to reorder the labels.
when deleting all empty labels on the board, they are gone from the board. when you add a task and select the "add label" dropdown, the "deleted" labels are reintroduced as the original "Red", "Blue" etc. placeholder labels.
completely illogical from a ui/ux standpoint. not that i expected better from msft.
