Attachments Disappearing in Planner
Does anyone else have this issue when you have created a task in Planner and then come back to review it days, weeks, or even months later and the attachment is no longer on the card? The file still exists in the SharePoint folder we have set up, but it becomes much more difficult to find the attachment as you need to search through the folder rather than just clicking on the attachment link on the card. I have not found a solution for this yet and thought to ask the community. Thank you!

I am also having problems with attachments disappearing in tasks. We can see that the files were added in the log but somehow you come back and don't know why that is happening
In addition sometimes the same thing is happening for checklist items in a given task
Would appreciate any insights on this from Microsoft or other users. JPMC4PM
