Add Plan to Outlook Calendar - Publish, Share with anyone, iCalendar Feed
We have a private plan.
When wanting to add to outlook Calendar, we get this prompt.
It seems like all access or nothing with regards to privacy.
Can a Plan be published to Outlook Calendar so only plan members can load the calendar in their outlook?
This is a really bad feature. I'm sure that the majority of my colleagues will just publish without worries - if my IT team allows this in our environment, it must be ok! And I'd bet you a nice meal at a michelin star restaurant that includes some tasks that shouldn't be exposed to the wider internet...
- Super valid question! This functionality was questioned by one member of our internal community. Could you please let us know if there is an option to add something in between: Publish a share with members of the plan?
