add members to a plan

hi,

i created a plan a couple of months ago and was able to add persons. i am still able to do this in those "old" plans.

today i created a new plan and wanted to add some of my colleagues - this option is no longer available - i can only create a new group oder add to an existing group.

that´s a little bit dissappointing as we restricted the avialability to create groups to a few users.

any ideas ?
