Add a Manager to Planner

I do suggest to add a Manager to each task (the user that creates and monitors the task) and other user (assigned to) user that actually does the task.    this is essential so "Manager" can actuall...

    It will assist all managers to track tasks they assign. Is there a link to planner uservoice? Thank you for assistance
