Access management to MS Planner

Greetings,

in Planner I have created 3 Plans. Each Plan stands for one department of the company.

In each Plan I want to create 5 buckets, one for each of the 5 people of every deparment.

Each bucket will have Tasks that will be asigned to only one person, but is it possible that a user won't be able to see the Bucket of the other person?

Is it possible?
