Viva Insights: Why am I not seeing email engagement?

I sent an email 10 days ago to an audience of hundreds, from my work account. I would like to review the engagement, split into 4 categories (highly engaged, moderately engaged, slightly engaged & disengaged), but I cannot find it -- only open rate, deliveries, and forwards. I received these insights on a similar mail I sent in February. Is this data still being generated?

    Thanks for reaching out. The detailed engagement breakdown you mentioned is part of a feature that's currently experiencing issues and may not be functioning as expected for some Office 365 E5 users. Our engineering team is aware and actively working on a fix.
