Viva Insights website Licensing requirements

Hello All Earlier MyAnalytics (Full) and Insights by MyAnalytics SKU on E5 bundle were the mandatory criteria to have the Viva Insights website enabled for user ( https://insights.viva.office.com/...

If I understand your question correctly - you're referring to Personal Insights access?
If yes, then all that is required now is an Exchange Online license - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/personal/teams/viva-teams-app-faq#q6-why-do-i-not-see-the-insights-and-suggestions-that-are-described-in-the-documentation.
