VIVA Insights Schedule Send Option randomly does not work

VIVA Insights Schedule Send Option sometimes shows up, sometimes does not. Tried this with same recipients and at the same time on two different occasions. Can we have a permanent option (say within a menu) with VIVA Schedule Send option?

    Just wanted to cast my vote this as well, it seems so many people have the same issue. That 1) Viva does not intend to allow manual delayed delivery in this way, and 2) will not fix the fact that the option to schedule send is only randomly generated. Infuriating.

    pmitra25 I am with you. It is very frustrating. This was an option over ten years ago so not sure why a scheduled send is difficut to reestabish
