I'm having the same issue as described by VI_Migration , did you ever find a solution to this? Doing a couple test emails to troubleshoot, but I can't seem to get this feature to work.
MicrosoftHi VI_Migration, the product team suggested to me to ask Jon to submit a ticket to help his team solve their issue. I would think they would tell me to ask you to do the same. Hopefully the support team can solve this quickly, I apologize that there isn't a quick easy manual fix to share.
