Using Viva Insights With Distribution Lists
I'm interested in using Viva Insights to get open rate data for a company newsletter emailed to employees, however we use distribution lists auto-generated by HR, so I don't have each person's email address. Will Viva Insights still provide open-rate data under that scenario?
Viva Insights won't get that data BUT you can use Viva Amplify if company newsletter are created in SharePoint!
