New team lead insights -team mapping source?
Hi,
I'm working with a client on using Advanced Insights (WpA). They do not currently have Insights for Managers/Leaders turned on. They do have Personal Insights (MyAnalytics) active for at least some users.
Today, my client received a Personal Insights email titled "Your monthly digest" with a headline stating "Just for you! New team lead insights." This email contained metrics about 1:1 time and other collaboration with the client's team.
The concern is that the client does not know where this team information is coming from - and neither do I. I do not believe that Personal Insights/MyAnalytics uses data from the WpA Org Data File (I could be wrong). I assume it is possible that it is creating the team from AD information.
Could anyone provide more information on this new Team Lead Insights digest email and how it infers the user's team?

I suppose users will be able to view / update the team settings from config settings available in Personal Insights (MyAnalytics) portal - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/personal/use/dashboard-2#config-settings

Team Lead Insights, email likely uses AD data to generate collaboration metrics. At https://pearllemonleads.ca/, transparency in data builds trust and drives actionable results!
