Focus time no longer Green Category

All of a sudden Microsoft Viva stopped booking in Focus Time into my outlook calendar using the Green Category and instead used the standard usual Blue category. I have search previous questions on this and they all mention around renaming or deleting the Green Category as the possible cause for this but this is not something I have done so I do not know how to revert this to how it was.

Any help much appreciated.

Please follow the instructions listed here and let me know if this resolves your issue: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/personal/use/focus-plan#calendar-color-settings

I agree - whilst this solution did work for me and Focus Time now shows in a different colour it feels like a work around rather than a solution. The removal of categories from the standard functionality feels like a step backwards in what Viva Insights offers.

As others have mentioned, this works for Outlook but not Teams or other apps that show the calendar.  It would be nice to be able to set a category of our choosing when these events are created.  Previously the Green Category was used, now no category is set.  This is a step in the wrong direction for those of us trying to effectively manage our calendars and utilize this Insights feature.  Please at least add back the Green Category rather than forcing us to use Conditional formatting.

The Conditional Formatting feature isn't available on the Outlook client for Mac, nor does it seem to be available in the web version. For me this does not resolve the issue.

Very good point. Only changed for me on the outlook app, but for example in teams colour remained blue.....

So I take it back what I said, it didn't resolve the issue

Same issue here. A few weeks ago my focus time blocks started sorting in as the default blue, making them difficult to distinguish from other meetings. I've never renamed a category.

I am having exactly the same issue, I have not deleted-or renamed green category, suddenly my focus time is in default blue
