Dashboard of viva Insights E5

Hello community!

I recently started testing for the deployment of Viva Insights. I’m using the license that comes with Microsoft 365 E5, and I run into a question what is the dashboard that can be enabled or disabled via PowerShell? I don’t find much information about this. 
A little more information would be helpful, thank you.
