Does the customer have multiple subscriptions for the same D365 Finance licenses?
You can only claim a single partner per subscription. If the customer has a single D365 Finance subscription, than only one partner gets the recognition. If the customer has multiple D365 Finance subscriptions, each partner can claim a separate subscription.
So, unless the customer has multiple subscriptions, there's no way to give multiple partners their recognition.

So we should ask the customer to have a separate subscription for this project with us, I was not sure it is possible. Thank you very much
