Here is a link to Microsoft Learn, that points out that the user must have completed at least one Certification on the Learn site to link your profile to Partner Center. Link your Microsoft Learn profile to Partner Center and get access to Partner University - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn
Hi! As the link says from Martijn i tested it out as well earlier last year. You need to have passed an exam to have the MCP ID. After that the linking works and all the other assessments that you have done will show up in the company portal.
