How "Maximum Earning Opportunity" in Incentives works?

Dear community, We would like your prompt and precious support on helping us understand how the Maximum earning opportunity (MEO) works. Fyi, we are an Indirect Provider in SP program. We have one ...
  • Their response:

The CSP maximum incentive earning opportunity is applied per partner location ID, customer tenant ID, lever, and product group. For the core incentive, a partner can earn up to $118,750 across ME3/ME5/Other (O365 E1/E3/E5, EMS, Intune, and Win 10 Ent E5) per each customer tenant. For the Strategic Product Accelerator – Tier 1, a partner can earn up to $125,000 or $150,000 for ME3, depending on market, per customer tenant. As these are treated separately, a partner could earn up to $268,750 ($118,750 + $150,000) on ME3 for the same customer tenant. The maximum incentive earning opportunity is calculated for the current incentive term (October 1, 2024-September 30, 2025) and will reset the following incentive term.

Note: If a partner is transacting on multiple customer tenants, they will not impact one another as each customer tenant is assessed individually. If different partners are transacting on the same customer tenant, that also will not impact one another as each partner location ID is assessed individually.
