Non-Incentivized Recognition - CPOR Claims

Hello, I hope this is the right discussion group for this.

Could someone please tell me if the non-incentivized recognitions for CPOR Claims (both revenue association and usage association) means the recognition is reflected in the scoring for Solutions Partner Designation? If not, in what way is the association recognized?
