If you're a managed partner, you should ask your Microsoft BDM.
If you're an Indirect Reseller, definitely ask you CSP Provider (who would most likely be managed) to support. They might be able to get a Microsoft employee involved for you.

Or check your partner marketing benefits, as part of your Designation status: https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/v2/benefits/marketing There're some options here as well.

I do not know if Microsoft will attend your event since I don't see that as one of the marketing benefits. You may reach out to the ASfP (Advance Support for Partners) community to ask if this service is offered.
