Now you might understand how hard it is to find any answers regarding this 😉 

 

I might have found an answer now in the incentive guide book that says that you need to implement DLP for teams to get monthly active usage for MIP (Microsoft information Protection). No other service in MIP gives you recognition in your partnership. 

 

Waiting for a confirmation from MS support if I perceive it correctly.
