Thank you very much for your response.

The partner is experiencing a registration issue with the following Skilling Hub training event, and several members of their organization are currently unable to register:

Certification Week - Cloud, Security, and AI Business Solutions

Event dates: September 28 to October 2, 2026
Additional event information

The partner is a member of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.

As this inquiry is outside the scope of our support team, I have already advised the partner to contact LevelUp Support and submit a support ticket. I also provided support@skillupwithlevelup.com as an alternative contact in case they are unable to sign in or register.

Since several members of the partner's organization are experiencing the same issue, I would greatly appreciate it if you could also check with the team.
