Hi everyone,

My name is Anas, and I’m reaching out because my Outlook account has been locked for weeks without any clear reason. Every time I try to sign in and verify my identity, I receive a message saying that the verification method isn’t available right now. This has been incredibly frustrating and has persisted for weeks.

I have several other apps connected to this Outlook account, where I’ve invested hundreds of dollars, and I can't access those platforms because they require two-factor authentication linked to my locked account. I haven’t engaged in any suspicious activity or violated any community guidelines.

I’m feeling quite overwhelmed, and despite my efforts to resolve this issue through Microsoft support, I haven’t found a solution. If any Microsoft employee happens to see this post, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. I’m at a loss, and any help would mean a lot.
