Wrong E-Mail Adress in Contact Card - shows sip
Do we have to report this to MS officially?
What changes for the end user if we disable "Register Teams as chat app for office"? And how could we disable for all our users?

I was having this issue too and was raised in the Teams area here:
Apps versions shown if needed.

Anthony Russellin the meantime if you still need to have teams installed there is an option in setting that you can disable to fix this behavior, it's called "Register Teams as the chat app for Office". After you disable and restart outlook it should display proper email addresses for external contacts!
Also thanks for raising the issue with the Microsoft Teams team, hopefully they are able to see it. I'm sure more users are affected and maybe not realize it!

The only problem is this disables to IM integration in Office. You can't see who is online or chat in the Office applications for collaboration. But thanks for your help anyway. Much appreciated.
