Why cant some spam be blocked?

I get numerous emails to my inbox that are total scams.  I do mot open them, but when I highlight the email and hit block, it will not allow me to block it.  There is no associated email address to the email.

I am currently using the NEW Outlook.com, but it was no different with the old Outlook.com.

It's ROBO E-mail!

These are some of those example emails......all dealing with some BS warranty or "support"

How do you block these scams?
