Where to report a Bug on Outlook web? // Problem with one time code

Hi, I have two mails, let's call them A and B. Yesterday I changed the mail where the one time code are send on A. As I was receiving a lot of one time codes as someone was trying to access A account...

I am not receiving any emails and when i go to the web version of outlook, i receive a server error (see below).  Any idea what this could be from?
