Where to find hotmail connector?

hi

I'm trying to  ad my hotmail account to outlook 2010 (clasic version), The new look is already working but I need to add the classic version because an add-in needs that.
In any case, it asks for my ISP password, whcih I'm not sure I know and then says that I need to install hotmail connector to managee my account. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/404-page

I tried download it  it from the microsoft website but I get this error page https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/404-page

The Hotmail Connector for Outlook 2010 has been retired by Microsoft, which is why the link shows a 404 error. It’s no longer available or supported.

You can still add your Hotmail/Outlook.com account using IMAP or POP settings:

IMAP (recommended): imap-mail.outlook.com, port 993 (SSL), SMTP smtp-mail.outlook.com, port 587 (STARTTLS)

POP (less recommended): pop-mail.outlook.com, port 995 (SSL)

If your add-in strictly requires the classic connector, it won’t work anymore. You may need a newer Outlook version or update the add-in.
