JuOrm in the "new" Outlook desktop and web version I'm also very annoyed about the disappeared button.

After I switched back to my previous Outlook desktop version I can see the button and create polls again.

My Outlook desktop version shows: "Outlook for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2312 Build 16.0.17126.20126) 64-bit".

fwaegele Thank you for your reply.

Are you talking about 'Poll' rather than scheduling poll, as scheduling poll has never been available in the desktop outlook, only within OWA>

I am having the same issue. It is not showing on either for me. The new 'Scheduling poll' has never been an option in the desktop app. Since they updated from FindTime, there has been nothing but issues.

    Hi Leon

Thanks very much for your reply 🙂

Where you have said the following: You can also directly access the 'Scheduling Poll' organizer dashboard here: Scheduling Poll organizer dashboard - Microsoft Support

This only gives a dashboard of previous polls.

The posts you've shared re other users having the same issue, doesn't give any way to resolve it unfortunately.

    Julie

The scheduling poll was there before Christmas as I used in numerous times on OWA but it just isn't showing anymore.

      Hi JuOrm,

      thanks for your update.

You are right, the 'Scheduling Poll' organizer dashboard only shows previous entries.

Unfortunately, there are currently no official solutions or established steps for the this issue, there is still many unresolved posts with the same issue.

    Hi JuOrm,

there are many users that have similar issues with the disappearance of the 'Scheduling Poll' feature in Outlook.

I cannot find the Scheduling Poll in Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Community
FindTime Add-In is no longer appearing in the Add-In for Outlook - Microsoft Community

Microsoft has replaced the 'FindTime' add-in with the 'Scheduling Poll' feature, which is now integrated directly into Outlook clients for all users as a native feature. If you cannot locate the 'Scheduling Poll' feature, it's advisable to check if your Outlook is up-to-date.

You can also directly access the 'Scheduling Poll' organizer dashboard here:
