When people reply to my emails, it makes the pictures in my signature massive.

I have tried changing DPI to 91 and a whole load of other things, but every once and a while when I receive replies from clients my emails that are shown lower in the thread are all wacky because the pictures from my signature are all over the place. Help!!!
