Want user to fill in form when sending email to specific email address
Hi, We have an email address for incoming work to our team. Rather than allow the user to email free form, I would like to get them to fill out a form specifying what they need. Is this possibl...
Create a web form for that. Instruct users do not send emails but use the web form.
