Victim of a SIM port attack

Hi Outlook,

Ive recently been the victim of a SIM port attack and I really don't know how to contact you to shut down my email accounts.

If you'r unsure of the details of a SIM port attack please have a look online, but as a brief explanation, the hackers convince my mobile provider that they are me via a telephone call. They then explain that they have lost their phone, but bought a new one and need the old number transferring to the new device. The mobile provider agree to swap the number to a new sim, and hey presto, they have access to your phone, which in turn means they have access to your emails, and other very important accounts such as banking etc..

I have already had my coin spot account drained and the hackers have control of my hotmail account. I can access the account but it is no longer receiving emails. Its like they have deflected emails to a different address somehow. Anyway I want to know who to contact or how I contact Microsoft so somebody can look at the activity on the account and put a stop to this.

The longer this goes on, the longer the identify theft goes on and the more at risk I am to loosing even more money.

Please help I am at my wits end!

Alex

      Hi,

Yes Australian Federal Police are involved.

I have called my bank and locked down all my personal accounts.

I have called my business bank and locked down all those accounts.

I have called my home loan bank and lock down all those accounts

I have called my broker and locked down all those accounts.

I have changed user names and passwords on all accounts I have.

BUT I still cannot shut this email address down! There is no contact phone number to call outlook and speak to somebody, there's no email address to contact anybody and this forum really is my last resort.

I need this account destroying immediately. Its has personal information in the inbox for probably 10 years which the hackers now have access too.

      Please help somebody!
