using Insights with Dist lists
hi.
I'm not a techie. I'm a comms manager trying to gain insights into the effectiveness of my email comms.
I've just set up an email to a distribution list of 900 people and gone back to check on insights once I hit send. I can only see...
This email doesn't meet the five-recipient minimum for read statistics
I am guessing that is because I only have one entry in the to: field - i.e. my dist list name.
Obviously, I don't want to add everyone's name into the to: field individually.
How do I make Insights work in this instance.
