Using Categories on Outlook for Mac
I Have a regular Office 365 for Mac subscription, and I am using the most upto date version of Outlook, but the option to use categories is not available (it is greased out as a tag) - does anyone have any ideas why this is, and what I can do to instate this?

Right-click on an email in Outlook for Mac → Categories → Manage Categories to customize color labels.
