Using Calendar for Group bookings - limited invitees
Hi Everyone, I'd like to use Outlook Calendar if possible to set up a group session/class for up to 10 participants with the session showing 'full' when 10 is reached, so remaining invitees know to book into another session. Is that possible, if not, what is Microsoft's alternative to apps like Appointy, Setmore and Simplybook.me? Thanks.

They don't have a solution yet - you can use a VBA macro to reject acceptences when a meeting is full. http://www.slipstick.com/developer/code-samples/close-meeting-room-full/
No, there's no such functionality in Outlook. You as the meeting organizer decide how many people will attend your meeting.
