The extended support for Outlook 2007 ended in 2017. Is there a newer version you can use?

It would be really helpful to know how to fix this, and to understand what caused it to suddenly stop working.

This appears to be related to Internet Explorer, which I am not using with Windows 10. Microsoft Edge is my default browser...
