Upgrading Outlook 2007 to TLS1.2 (Windows 10 Pro)

Question

Hi,&nbsp;Under Windows7 outlook allowed encrypted POP and SMTP 995 and 465 with TLS selected.Since switching to Windows10 pro TLS incoming is ok but outgoing smtp fails.&nbsp; It does allow SSL but that's probably TLS1.0 or TLS1.1.&nbsp; Our server is now switching to 1.2 so unless I can fix this bug I have a problem and would rather not switch out all of Office and don't want office cloud-based.&nbsp;My OS should be fine/compatible. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
