I have the same problem but with an old email used as the security email. the old account @btopenworld was deleted over a year ago and I have repeatedly tried to change it to a new email address and gone through the month wait for the new email but it does not change to the new email, it just says the old security information is out of date and to change it. The change procedure seems to accept my input and tells me to wait for a month so I can then change my PIN. At present I have to use my 22 character password every time I log in which is getting very tiresome!
