Hello,&nbsp;&nbsp;I received the email message below indicating that I may lose access to my email account after September 16, 2024.&nbsp;&nbsp;I use an email address that ends in "hotmail.com". Before I received this alert, I was using the Apple Mail app on my phone. Today I added this email account to my Outlook mail app. Is this all I need to do so that I don't lose access to this email account and the OneDrive that is linked to it?&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks in advance.&nbsp;What do you need to do?If you are receiving this email, you are currently using an email or calendar app that uses a less secure authentication method to connect to your Outlook.com email account. sashmazz&nbsp;hello Microsoft…..the answer that Microsoft has given is exactly the same as the email so this doesn’t help at all. What the person is asking is WHAT to do and HOW to do it and I ask that question too. Just give us a clear instruction as to what we need to do.&nbsp;
