I not sure MS have got all the support in place to support this.
Looking at Outlook on Android there doesn't seem to be any OAuth2 support for IMAP/SMTP.
And before folks ask I need to keep these because I send email via my ISP's SMTP server but my INBOX is OUTLOOK.COM.
