I have the latest update of Outlook 2016, shouldn't I see this by know?

    Nope. Just read the article at the top of this conversation, which explains why. Requires Exchange Online mailbox and modern auth.

      I have Outlook.com which supports exchange so I should see it, so why don't I?

        Thanks for clarifying. Outlook.com is not supported right now. Will be supported in an upcoming update.
