Unified Junk Folder for the Desktop App

In the mobile Outlook app, a unified junk folder exists under All Accounts that collects together the junk/spam emails from all connected accounts. At the same time, you can still visit each individual junk folder in the different accounts of the mobile app. The desktop Outlook app does not feature this option automatically, unlike the mobile app. Is there a way to create a unified junk folder in the desktop app (to appear under the Favorites section, for instance) that behaves the same as the one in the mobile app?
