Unbale to log into Outlook?

Unbale to log into Outlook from browser or laptop Outlook but can do so from mobile? 

Both browser and laptop are telling me incorrect password, except I never changed it.  

Can anyone please advise as to what the issue is? I cannot find anywhere to change password on the mobile app. 

I have tried logging an incident several times but nobody responds, which is terrible customer service.
