Unable to view email on the web/app

Anytime I try to access my email I get a "Your request can't be completed right now" message. I can sign in but I am unable to view any messages. I am also unable to send.  This has been on going since Thanksgiving. I have tried multiple browsers (safari and chrome) on my Mac and even tried with my iPhone. I even tired the iPhone app and can still not view any messages. From what I am reading this is a common error over the weekend but I am unable to find any support. Can someone please fix Outlook?

    I have the same thing. No new emails since 11/27. I have contacted support and they tell me to clear my cache. I can see my Inbox and old emails, but nothing since 11/27. Nothing on my phone, Outlook live or the desktop app.
