Unable to use Pools in Outlook email

Hi team.

I have tried to insert a poll into my outlook email (Mac) and I get to the final stage to after creating a Poll via the "add-in" where it asks me to hit the CTA button to "add to email". However when I click this button I get the following error message: "You aren't able to add a poll using this account. Either switch to an authorised account or contact your administrator for access.'"

I am self-employed so the only person in my organisation and I am the account admin, so I am stuck.

Anyone able to help for how I can use the Poll add-ins?
