Unable to recover my personal outlook email account
Unfortunately, when a personal Outlook account doesn’t have any working second verification method, the only way to regain access is through the Microsoft account recovery form — and Microsoft support can’t manually unlock or verify the account for you. If the form keeps failing, it usually means the information provided isn’t matching what’s on file closely enough. The best approach is to retry the form after 24 hours, using a device and location you previously used with the account, and include as many details as possible (past passwords, folders you created, email subjects you remember, contacts you’ve emailed, etc.). I know it’s frustrating, but there’s no alternative method or support team that can bypass the process for security reasons.
